The views from the 27th-floor venue are commanding, and the à la carte menu features some nice appetizers, plus caviar selections. Classic dishes such as oysters Rockefeller and Châteaubriand are found alongside free-range chicken and lamb chops. Guests can enhance their beef or seafood choice with an array of sauces.
